Cansel TUNCER was born in Antalya in 1972. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1994. Later, she attended Ankara University Banking and Commercial Law Research Institute Legal English Certificate Training. After working as a lawyer and legal counsel in Ankara, she provided legal counselling and legal services to local and foreign people/companies in Antalya. She has several academic publications. She has a good command of English. She is currently working as the General Secretary of Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.
