Jonathan coordinates SolarPower Europe’s policy work on the renewable energy directive, on permitting, cities and communities. He also has an overview on the RES simplify project. Prior to joining SolarPower Europe, Jonathan worked and the European Environmental Bureau on energy scenarios. Jonathan has also an experience as a seconded national expert with the European Commission. Jonathan holds two master’s degrees both in environmental Engineering and in Business Management from the University of Strasbourg in France.
