Melisa Breda is a visionary leader driving innovation in the Buenos Aires City Government. Since 2019, she has been the Undersecretary of Evidence-Based Public Policies in the Secretariat of Innovation and Digital Transformation. With a degree in Economics from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and eight years of experience in public service, Melisa has previously served as the General Director of Management Control in the Chief of Cabinet, she has also been Chief of Cabinet of the General Directorate of Modernisation of Citizen Services and has been Project Leader in Neighborhood Attention.
